Period and cycle tracker for iPhone and iPad
Know the week you’re in.
Seventh shows where you are in your cycle at a glance, and lets the person closest to you know how to help. Free, and your cycle stays on your phone.

11 days until your period.
One number, one colour, the phase you’re in. Predictions come as a window, like “likely Nov 4–10”, because bodies don’t run on dates. They get closer every time you log.
Every week of the month.
Seventh is short for seventh heaven: feeling good in your body, all month. The app wears the colour of the phase you’re in.
-

PeriodDays 1–5
Go slow.
Tiredness and cramps are common. Heat, rest and a timer to keep you company are one tap away.
-

FollicularDays 6–13
Coming back up.
Energy often picks up after a period. Focus and mood tend to follow.
-

OvulationAround day 14
Mid-cycle.
Some feel more social, many notice no change. Likely fertile days are an estimate, never a promise.
-

LutealDays 15–28
Be kind to you.
PMS can show up near the end. A heads-up arrives before it does.
Days shown for a 28-day cycle. Yours will be different, and Seventh learns it from you.

- One thing to do today.Warm drinks. Just listen. Ask what would help.

Questions.
Is Seventh really free?
Yes. Predictions, logging, the calendar, insights, the library and partner sharing cost nothing, and there are no ads. We may add one small, optional extra for partners later. Nothing you need to track your cycle will sit behind it.
Where is my data stored?
On your phone. You can use Seventh without an account. If you sign in, your cycle is backed up so you can move to a new phone. Partner sharing sends only what their phone needs to show your phase: your last period date and your cycle and period length.
What does my partner see?
Your phase, your period window, and simple ways to help. Never your logs, symptoms or notes. They can’t change anything, and you can stop sharing at any time.
How accurate are the predictions?
Seventh learns from your own cycles, so it gets closer the more you log. Predictions are always a window, never a single date. If your cycles are irregular, or you have PCOS, you can tell Seventh and the window widens to match.
Can I use it as contraception?
No. Seventh is not a medical device and not a form of birth control. Likely fertile days are an estimate. If something feels off, talk to a doctor.
Can I bring my history from another app?
Yes, from Clue. And you can export everything Seventh holds as a file, or a summary for your doctor, whenever you like.
What do I need?
An iPhone or iPad on iOS 26 or later. Seventh comes with widgets for your Home Screen and Lock Screen, and a Lock Screen countdown in the days before your period.
When can I get it?
Soon. Seventh is in testing now and will be on the App Store shortly. Questions before then: support@doogud.co.
